I also understand that Arts & Humanities Council of Stillwater OK, Inc. will provide security during the Event but will not be held responsible for theft, fire or damage to any displays, materials or goods that I provide. I also understand that I take full responsibility for the safety of my equipment and myself, and for all materials for set up and displays, clean up and maintenance of the area. I will not hold Arts & Humanities Council of Stillwater OK Inc. or Stillwater Arts Festival or its staff or volunteers responsible in the event of loss or injury. The Applicant and its representatives agree to comply with the vendor & documentation requirements described above. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: My signature below indicates that in consideration of being selected to participate as a Vendor at Stillwater Arts Festival, I agree to fully release, indemnify and hold harmless Arts & Humanities Council of Stillwater OK Inc, Stillwater Arts Festival, and their officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, and all persons, natural or corporate, in privity with them, against all claims, damages or other causes of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, lawsuits or judgments made by or against me, including court costs, expenses and attorney’s fees, and all other expenses, which are associated directly or indirectly with the activities, events, or programs of the Stillwater Arts Festival. I further agree that this release and indemnifications shall apply whether or not the claims, damages, or other causes of actions, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, lawsuits or judgments made by or against me, including court costs, expenses and attorney’s fees, arise directly or indirectly from the negligence, action or failure to act, whether willful, intention, or unintentional, of Arts & Humanities Council of Stillwater OK Inc, or their officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, invitees, licenses or guests, or any vendor, exhibitor, or entertainer, their agents or any other persons, natural or corporate in privity with Arts & Humanities Council of Stillwater OK Inc.
